OPP247 Terms of Service

By creating an account on OPP247 you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OPP247. By registering you certify that:

• You are of legal age to view and engage with adult-oriented content.
• You are using the platform of your own free will.
• The information you provide during sign-up and verification is true and accurate.

2. Accounts and Verification

• Consumers register with email + password.
• Creators must complete identity verification (Age Wallet), sign the creator agreement, and pass content compliance review before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Prohibited Content

The following list is not exhaustive. All content posted to OPP247 must be lawful and does not violate any card association standards (including the rules of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Anything below and any other content that, in our reasonable judgment, fails to meet those standards is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal, account suspension, and possible referral to law enforcement:

• Any content depicting or implying minors (real, simulated, or AI-generated).
• Non-consensual content of any kind.
• Content depicting bestiality, incest (real or simulated), severe violence, or self-harm.
• Content depicting any person other than the verified creator account holder.
• Content that violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements.
• Any other content prohibited by applicable card association rules or by the policies of our payment processors.

4. Honey Pots™ and Virtual Currency

Honey is OPP247's in-platform currency. Consumers can earn Honey through daily check-ins and engagement, purchase Honey packs, and spend Honey on platform features such as gifts, unlocks, and eligible subscriptions. Consumer Honey balances cannot be redeemed directly for fiat currency.

When a consumer gifts or spends Honey to a creator, the creator receives earnings credited at OPP247's current USD cashout rate, after the platform fee disclosed in the creator dashboard and earnings materials. Creators withdraw earnings through the payout portal, not by redeeming a consumer Honey wallet.

5. Messaging Rules

• Direct messages must comply with all content rules in Section 3.
• Creators may send approved media from their content library in direct messages. New uploads go through the same automated moderation review before recipients can view them.
• OPP247 may exclude specific approved content from chat when approving it.
• Harassment, threats, or solicitation of prohibited content is grounds for permanent ban.

6. Financial and Payouts

Creator payouts are processed via our payment partners. By accepting payouts you agree to comply with all applicable tax reporting laws in your jurisdiction. OPP247 does not provide tax advice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant OPP247 a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform for as long as your account is active.

8. Moderation, Strikes, and Suspensions

OPP247 enforces a graduated moderation system:

• Strikes are issued for violations and remain on your record.
• Suspensions restrict access for a defined period.
• Deactivation permanently removes your ability to log in.

You may appeal any moderation action via the in-platform appeals system.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OPP247 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPP247's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
